1.1 With the adoption of a customer-centric business model, the company's management practices have significantly improved.
The company recognizes its responsibility to take action in areas such as labor practices, workplace safety, occupational health, and environmental protection. The company is committed to ensuring that products are manufactured under healthy, safe, and environmentally friendly production conditions, by adults of working age who are not subjected to discrimination, receive fair wages, and work within legally mandated working hours. This commitment to social responsibility is integrated into every product.
1.2 The Company abides by applicable national and local laws and regulations, adheres to all signed rules and regulations, respects international standards and their interpretations, and is willing to publicly disclose its social responsibility activities, accept public supervision, and hereby makes the following commitments regarding its social responsibility management system:
1.2.1 Strictly comply with relevant laws, regulations, and other requirements.
1.2.2 Prohibit the use of child labor and forced labor, and reject any suppliers or subcontractors who use child labor or forced labor.
1.2.3 Respect workers' rights to freedom and prohibit any form of forced labor.
1.2.4 Provide safe and hygienic working and living conditions to ensure the safety and health of employees.
1.2.5 Promote labor-management cooperation and respect employees' right to freedom of association and collective bargaining.
1.2.6 Provide an equal and fair working environment and prohibit any form of discrimination.
1.2.7 Respect employees' basic human rights and prohibit any form of verbal or physical abuse.
1.2.8 Arrange production plans and working hours reasonably, ensuring appropriate work and rest periods.
1.2.9 Provide reasonable wages and benefits, at a level sufficient to meet workers’ basic needs.
